When Payment is Due
- Payment is due at the time of delivery, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- For wire transfers, payment must be received in our account at least 24 hours before delivery.
- Checks must be pre-approved by our accounting department before use.
- A 20% deposit is required for most orders unless waived in advance.
Please ensure the person receiving the delivery is informed and ready to provide:
- Full Name, Phone Number, and Delivery Address
- Their relation to the order (e.g., buyer, store manager, delivery contact)
- The agreed delivery fee (if applicable)
- The payment method previously arranged
